Explorer Systems provides demonstrations of our software, upon request, throughout the United States.
There are several options for your site to experience our software. Please review the choices listed below, then let us know when we can schedule a demonstration that best fits your needs.
Online Demonstrations: Explorer Systems provides online demonstration upon request. We'll set up a online demonstration that you can view on your own PC. To help us give you the most realistic example of how the software works, when requesting your online demonstration, please indicate what use you have planned for the software. Will you be using it for your gift shop, camp registrations, school events, memberships, etc? Are you going to print confirmation letters, renewal letters, membership cards, labels, or appeal letters? Letting us know in advance will enable us to better prepare a more focused demonstration. A normal online demonstration lasts approximately 2 hours including a question and answer session.
Site Demonstrations: Explorer, at the request of the potential client, will send a staff person to provide an onsite demonstration. Explorer Systems, will contact your representative to schedule at his or her earliest convenience. There is a $500 charge for this type of demonstration. If you purchase Explorer within one year of your demonstration, that $500 will be applied to the software purchase price. RFP's that require an onsite demonstration will not be exempt from the site demonstration fee.
Conferences: Explorer Systems exhibits at various conferences throughout the United States. We may attend different conferences from year to year. ASTC, AAM and ACM, however, are three we regularly attend. We do not charge a fee for these demonstrations. We try to accommodate all interested sites at these conferences, so we do suggest you contact us in advance to schedule an appointment time. This type of demonstration often attracts museums that are just beginning their software search or simply continuing to keep abreast of available software solutions.
Client Sites: Explorer Systems software is installed in non-profit institutions across the United States. Interested prospective clients often visit an existing nearby client site to see our software in action. Many have found it highly informative learning from an actual user. Our clients are not obligated to provide demonstrations of our software, so if you plan to visit, we recommend phoning them ahead of time; or contacting us to schedule your visit. Out of respect for their time, please only contact our clients for this purpose if you are in the advanced stages of your software search.
