Explorer Download Page

Explorer uses an Upload / Download File Manager to facilitate all file transfers.  Only IT staff should download release files, manuals or other documentation.  All downloads are recorded.  To download the current Explorer release, Explorer Manuals, or Explorer Installation Files, click on the 'Download Explorer Files' button below.  You will be redirected to our File Manager and you will be required to log in.  If you do not have a username and password for our file manager, you can register on the File Manager page by clicking the 'REGISTER' button.  Registration will require Explorer approval.  You will be notified when your account is activated.  During business hours this is generally within a few minutes, on the weekends, your activation will occur Monday morning.

Once you are logged into our File Manager, double-click on the appropriate folder, i.e., Explorer Manuals, if you want to download a manual or Explorer Release, if you want to download the current release.  Once inside the folder, double-click on the filename you would like to download.  For release files, save the file to a folder on your system reserved for Explorer Downloads.  Unzip the file (generally into a folder of the same name as the zip file) and follow the Release Installation Instruction document contained in the zip file.

Note: If you are registering for the first time, we suggest making your username and password for the Explorer Forum and Explorer Tech Support logins the same so they are easy to remember
