Flags are the tracking devices in our software that record all the activity of a Patron. These activities can be memberships, donations, events, camps, birthday parties, films, gift shop purchases, and attendance. There is no better way to receive an instant and complete history than a quick look at Flags. This information can be crucial in fund raising, or ensuring a Patron is properly greeted at the front desk.
| A Patron's Activity | Flags can be set automatically by the software or manually by your staff. |
