Patron Core: The Reason You're in Business

Patrons are the core of your museum.  You couldn't exist nor want to without them. Explorer Patron Core is the heart  of our system.  All other modules revolve around and integrate with Patron Core providing a one-stop-view of all pertinent information about each patron from attendance histories to their children’s names and birthdays.  All flag activity is shown here to further aid in providing a quick snapshot of the patron’s value to the museum in terms of attendance, donor history, and membership level.   Explorer Activity Flags allow you to define and individualize the kinds of data you want to keep on each patron.  For example, you may wish to mark all Board Members and distinguish whether they are a current or past board member and their position on the board.   Alternatively, you may wish to keep a mailing list of selected individuals who receive the President's yearly newsletter, a list of people invited to the last gala, or a list of people who received a special fundraising letter, etc.   The last two lists will also aid in providing additional information regarding who did or did not attend the gala and who did or did not respond to the fundraising letter.

In addition to the wealth of data at your fingertips, Explorer Patron Core is also a comprehensive name management tool.  Duplicate names are identified on entry.  Any duplicate names entered can be quickly found and merged, eliminating the cost in dollars and credibility when multiple mailings are sent to the same household.  All duplicate names identify the date and cashier entered, so the problem can be eliminated at the source.  Name lists can be gathered based on a variety of information such as, board members, current members, high level donors, lecture attendees, family with birthdays this month and so on.  From these lists a variety of printed items may be generated including name listings, zip code reports, merged letters, envelops or labels.
