Patron Education is a powerful tool to quickly and efficiently schedule individual adults and children into museum classes. Instantly see class availability on any date or time as far into the future as your schedule exists. Requested classes, which are not pre-scheduled, are easily added from within the sales program using pre-defined scheduling rules. Multiple family members can be booked simultaneously, reducing keystrokes and time. Additional seats can be released into existing classes as needed. Detailed scheduling criteria ensures staff won’t double-book a venue, event, or performance, or schedule a child into a class inappropriate for their age. In addition, Patron Education will guarantee that instructors for each class will never be scheduled for other classes on the same date and time.
Patron Education reporting is complete with class rosters with may optionally include physician, medical, and emergency contact information; classroom door signs; parental sign in/out sheets; and transition rosters showing where each child is headed when the current class is over. Name tags and wrist bands, including the patron or child name and entire schedule, are also available. Individual schedules may be requested for each instructor by day, week and month.
