Explorer Upload Page

Explorer uses an Upload / Download File Manager to facilitate all file transfers.   You may use this page to upload your database files to Explorer.  All uploads are recorded.  To upload a file, click on the 'Upload a file to Explorer' button below.  You will be redirected to our File Manager and you will be required to log in.  If you do not have a username and password for our file manager, you can register from the File Manager page via the 'REGISTER' button.  Registration will require Explorer approval.  You will be notified when your account is activated.  During business hours this is generally within a few minutes.

Once you are logged into our File Manager, follow these steps to upload a file to Explorer:

  1. Press the UPLOAD FILE button. 
  2. Press BROWSE and navigate on your PC to your zipped database or other file you would like to upload.  
  3. Select the file with a double click.  The path will display on the File Manager window. 
  4. Press UPLOAD and your file will be uploaded to our server.  You will be notified with an OK when finished.  Close by pressing the X in the upper right corner.  You will now see your file on our server and the support staff at ESI will be notified that the file transfer is complete.

Note: If you are registering for the first time, we suggest making your username and password for the Explorer Forum and Explorer Tech Support logins the same so they are easy to remember.
